PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 4 respondents herein to conduct survey in the Chithode-Erode Road and the adjacent Road Poromboke on the southern margin of the said Road between Kumilamparappu village and Nallagoundenpalayam village and to fix boundary stones and to release the property in S.No.104/1C2 at Kumilamparrapu village, Erode Taluk acquired to an extent 64 sq.m for the purpose of development and widening of the Chithode-Erode Road vide Land Acquisition proceedings in Ka.No.1/Land acquisition/2023/Eva.A dated 13.09.2023 in view of the petitioner representation dated 27.09.2023.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct survey in the Chithode-Erode Road and the adjacent Road Poromboke on the southern margin of the said Road between Kumilamparappu village and Nallagoundenpalayam village and to release the property in S.No.104/1C2 at Kumilamparrapu village, Erode

Taluk acquired for the purpose of development and widening of the Chithode-Erode Road vide Land Acquisition proceedings in Ka.No.1/Land acquisition/2023/Eva.A dated 13.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner has filed the writ petition with a prayer to direct the official respondents to survey the poramboke land, for which she is not entitled to. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law, if so desires. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
