O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to furnish the documents relied upon by the petitioner in her representations dated 18.01.2021 and 19.04.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.
3. Admittedly, the revision petition filed by the petitioner under section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act is pending before the first respondent. Pending the said proceedings, the petitioner has given representations dated 18.01.2021 and 19.04.2021 seeking for certain documents mentioned in the said representation. However, according to the petitioner, till date, the said representations have not been considered. The petitioner contends that the said documents are required to prove that the petitioner is innocent.

4. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to them to pass final orders on the petitioner's representations dated 18.01.2021 and 19.04.2021 within a short time, as the review petition filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of the first respondent.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first and second respondents to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations dated 19.04.2021 seeking for documents relied upon by her in her representations, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
