This petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondent, to take further action against the complaint dated 22.05.2018 in CSR.No.278/2018 dated 24.05.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that on receipt of the complaint, CSR No.278 of 2018 dated 24.05.2018 has been issued to the petitioner and further enquiry has been conducted, the same is closed as early as on 22.11.2019.

3.Recording the said submission the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
