Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellants appeared and submitted that as per the direction issued by this court on 29.10.2024 directing the appellants to obtain a demand draft for a sum of Rs.5000/-, the same was complied. He has also reported that 2nd respondent died. Hence, he seeks time to take steps for impleading his legal heirs.

2. The learned counsel for respondents appeared and he is directed to furnish particulars of legal heirs of 2nd respondent.

3. Considering his request, post the matter on 07.01.2025.
