This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 629 days in filling the petition to restore the above SA against the respondents 1 to 7 in S.A.No.1048 of 2003.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and to avoid the multiplicity of proceedings, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The appellants are directed to obtain a demand draft for a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) in the name of 1st respondent / Rose Mary, within a period of two week from today.
