The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of the I.P.C., in Crime No.03 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is not an accused in the case and her name has been deleted in the final report after investigation.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
