2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioners.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Mr.I.Arockiasamy, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of third respondent and he has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
