The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, she has also filed a report dated 26.04.2024. Further, she has filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

2. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that till the time of repossession of vehicle, the respondent had not paid even a single instalment and hence, she seeks the leave of this Court for the sale of vehicle.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to grant liberty to the applicant for the sale of vehicle as per terms of the Contract. Further, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of 2 weeks from today (04.06.2024)
