2. The case of the petitioners is that they have filed a maintenance case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.7 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram, in which, the petitioners have also filed petitions under Section 125(3) seeking relief to direct the respondent to pay school fees of the 2nd petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.783 of 2022 and to recover arrears of interim maintenance passed before Lok Adalath in Crl.M.P.No.782 of 2022. After adjudication, the trial court dismissed the petition in Crl.M.P.No.782 of 2022 and allowed the petition in Crl.M.P.No.783 of 2022, directing the respondent to pay the school fees for the 2nd petitioner in total sum of Rs.30,000/- to be paid within one month vide impugned orders. the same, the petitioners have filed the above revisions before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of these revisions, the main case in M.C.No.7 of 2019 itself was disposed of 14.09.2023. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these revisions.

4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these Criminal Revision Cases stand dismissed as infructuous.
