Today, this civil revision petition has been again listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. This Court by order dated 17.12.2019, directed the Waqf Tribunal to dispose of the application in O.A.No.642 of 2019 on or before 31.01.2020. Now, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that the order copy was made ready by the Registry only on 24.01.2020, hence they prayed for extension of the date for disposal of the application.

3. In the above circumstances, in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 17.12.2019, the direction given to the Waqf Tribunal to dispose of the application in O.A.No.642 of 2019 on or before 31.01.2020 is modified and the Waqf Tribunal is directed to dispose of the said application on or before 31.03.2020. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties after carrying out the above modification.
