ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.08.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.1625 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kancheepuram District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and a Memorandum of Compromise is being filed today.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as the matter has been compromised between the parties, the prosecution itself is intending to file an application under 321 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of the prosecution.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that no orders required to be passed in this petition. Therefore, recording the above submission made by both sides and the memorandum of compromise filed by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
