O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " directing to grant review benefits to the petitioner from the year, 2018 by considering his representation dated 20.02.2025 after providing opportunity of hearing within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble court."

2. The petitioner would submit that he had joined the services of the respondent corporation as a Driver in the year 2011. His services were regularized on 03.07.2012. The petitioner would submit that as per the usual practice of the respondent corporation, he is entitled to pay review benefits once every 6 years of service based on his performance. However, the said benefit is due to the petitioner from the year 2018.

3. The petitioner would submit that the review benefit is granted to all the employees and since the said benefit is not granted to him he had 2/5

made a representation dated 20.02.2025 to the respondents seeking the payment of review benefits from the year 2018. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents to date. Hence, the Writ Petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Considering the limited request of the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the respondents are duty bound to consider the statutory representation, the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025, after affording a personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
