petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2024 by revisit and revalue the acquired land measuring an extent of 496 sq. mts., Temple Building, Manimandapam, basement, borewell, trees and other amenities in S.No.124 at Uddanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and kindly fix the correct market value for the land, Building and other amenities above mentioned, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents to consider his representation dated 21.09.2024 to revisit and revalue the super structure of the Temple Building, Manimandapam, basement, borewell, trees and other amenities in S.No.124 at Uddanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and fix the correct market value.
2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th Respondent on instructions submits that award has been passed vide the proceedings of the competent authority namely Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, Salem, in his proceedings Pro.Roc.284/2019 (E1) dated 08.12.2021 fixing the award amount at Rs.12,99,145/-. He further submitted that the said amount has been disbursed to one Murugesan who 2/4
appeared and represented the subject Temple in the award enquiry.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents submits that the copy of the award dated 08.12.2021 indicates that the subject temple was represented by one Mr.Murugesan in the award enquiry and further submitted that the petitioner never participated in the award enquiry and never made any claim regarding the subject matter.
4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to pass orders directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner that too subsequent to the disbursal of the award amount. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
