ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 16.09.2024 made under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, preferred as against the order issued by the second respondent dated 23.08.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.09.2024, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
