Even, on 11.06.2024 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the same was directed to be listed on 20.06.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
