Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) for the respondent submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.193 of 2016 and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same has been taken cognisance in C.C.No.75 of 2018 and entered in acquittal on 06.01.2020.
