Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and thus the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
