Seeking a direction to the respondent to pass orders regarding genuineness of Kurichchan (ST) community certificate of the petitioner issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri dated 19.07.1996 (ref: State Level Scrutiny Committee Letter No.25303/CV.III/2008 dated 23.01.2020), the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
