Mrs.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Hosur, was decreed on September 16, 2025 and hence, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
