O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.10/2017 dated 02.09.2017 on the file of Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Erode.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.93 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode, which was ended in aquittal by an order dated 11.10.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
