This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and to exchange the property with that of the property belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard Ms.Sumathi Lokesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate [HR & CE], appearing for respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate produced the written instructions received from the Executive Officer of Arulmigu Kandaswami Temple, Tiruporur. On going through the same, it is seen that the representation made by the petitioner has already been considered and the decision will be conveyed to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case 2/4

and the materials placed before this Court and also the written instructions received from the Executive Officer, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
