This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 356 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction dated 08.08.2023 made in S.C.No.109/2021 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
