This petition is filed to amend the address of the first respondent police as "The State Rep. by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Perambalur District" instead of "The State Rep. by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Perambalur District, Salem City" in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents.

3. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
