This petition has been filed for seeking to direct the respondent to take further action on petitioner's complaint dated 07.10.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been done on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 07.10.2019 and subsequently it was closed on 28.11.2019.

Therefore, this Petition is devoid of merits. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
