ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, directing the respondents to deal with the representation dated 02.07.2025 made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for action against the persons who are utilizing the Kalyanamandapam on the vacant land for parking the vehicles and collecting income.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 produced the written instructions received from the 4 th respondent.

3.It is clear from the above, that the representation made by the petitioner is now pending before the 4 th respondent. The 4 th respondent is directed to deal with the same and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
