This petition has been filed to amend as satisfaction of the Court is Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvennainallur instead of JM, Vedampattu and the petitioner is confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore instead of District Jail, Vedampattu, Villupuram District in the above Crl.O.P.No.23002 of 2023 order dated 06.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is amended to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvennainallur and the petitioner is confined in Central Jail, Cuddalore.
