(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) In view of the order dated 3.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19697 of 2017 (Union of India v. N.Ramaswamy), this writ petition is allowed and the order passed by the Tribunal is set aside and consequently, the Tribunal is directed to hear the parties once again and decide the matter on merits and dispose of the Original Application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
