The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed with the enquiry and pass orders regarding genuineness of social status and verification of Malaikuravan (ST) community of the petitioner as per the Second Appeal preferred before the 1st respondent dated 01.10.2021.

2.Considering the nature of the relief sought for, without going into the merits, we direct the State Level Scrutiny Committee to dispose of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
