2. Mr.R.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent also died and the respondents 4 and 5 are the legal heirs of the second respondent. The learned counsel seeks time to file a memo to that effect.
