2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against him based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings in T.D.P.Case No.11/2021, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
