This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Upon receipt of the complaint, it is the duty of the police to inspect the spot, investigate the matter and made enquiry and the same might not be amounted to harassment. Already two F.I.Rs are pending as against the petitioner and hence the action of the respondent police cannot be treated as harassment.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
