This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 4 days in representing this Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 22.06.2022 in CMP.No.2446 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Tirupattur, Vellore District.

2. Heard both side counsel and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition is not satisfied. However, in order to give opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
