(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. This Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is completely frivolous. The petitioner has already filed a suit against the private respondent alleging encroachment and obstruction to the passage on a land, which he claims to have purchased. The petitioner has, now, filed this petition on the allegation that it is a street, which needs to be cleared. There is no material on record to sustain the said allegation. The pleadings are bald and without any basis.
