Vs 1 MARAPPAN, 55 YEARS, [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 BALAMANI, 47 YEARS, 3 RAJ, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of execution of the decree dated 4/1/2016 made in M.C.O.P.NO.651 of 2013 on the file of The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur (in CMP.1236/2017)pending disposal of the above CMA.176/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondent not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 01.02.2017 granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the award amount within a period of four weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 01.02.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant.

3. In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
