Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate legal action as against the 6th respondent for illegal running of chicken poultry farm and illegal establishment of an another chicken poultry farm comprised in S.No.467/4 situated at Thimmanayakkanpalayam Selakarichal Village, Coimbatore District by considering his representation dated 12.10.2022.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that survey was conducted and directions were given to the panchayat president to issue notice to the sixth respondent with regard to establishment of a chicken poultry farm, flouting the procedures. He further submitted

that the authorities would take further necessary steps expeditiously and in accordance with law.
