ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for the bank is present in Court and takes notice. Counsel states that the representation dated 29th June, 2024, which is mentioned in the prayer clause, has already been rejected and first sale notice has been issued. Counsel states, if petitioner approaches the bank with a revised acceptable offer, the bank will naturally consider the same. We make no observation thereon.
