Seeking a direction to extend the date of surrender of the life convict prisoner, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. The convict shall return back to the prison on 28.10.2019 at 5.00 p.m.
