The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.09.2023 registered for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aa) & 4(1A)(ii) of TNP Act in Crime No.462 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.It is stated that the petitioner was found in possession of 55 litres of ID arrack.
