The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records and quashing the impugned order dated 19.02.2015 vide D.O.No. 243/2015 C.No.H1 (2)/008412/109/2015 of the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Head Constable in any non-sensitive post within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
