This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.26430 of 2022 on 01.11.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
