This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24515 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 to co-operate with the pending investigation and report before the Inspector of Police, Berigai Police Station, daily at 10.00a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.
