ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the learned Family Court Judge, Vellore, Vellore District and set aside the order passed in F.C.M.C.No.64 of 2017 dated 19.07.2019 and direct the respondent to pay Rs.15,000/- per month as maintenance to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the matter is settled and hence, he requested to permit him to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition. Memo is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
