This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.19695 of 2025 dated 1/4

11.07.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the first petitioner has complied the condition only up to 29.07.2025. Thereafter, he has failed to report before the respondent police. In so far as the second petitioner is concerned, he has complied the condition only up to 16.08.2025 and thereafter he has failed to report before the respondent police.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not complying the conditions as imposed by this Court, the petition for relaxation stands dismissed.
