ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the case of the prosecution is that deceased has committted suicide by self-immolation and also the deceased gave a dying declaration. In the dying declaration, it is seen that there is only a dispute regarding the worshipping of Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple. Thereafter, this court granted bail with the condition that the petitioner

shall stay at Madurai and report before the Othakadai Police Station. Now, the petitioners filed this petition to relax the said conditions.

2. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to that effect the petitioners are directed to appear before the Town Police Station, Dharampuri, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months. Further, on considering the fact that it is a fit case to refer, as per 357(A) (1) (2) and (6) of Cr.P.C., the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Krishnagiri, is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders to the District Collector , Krishnagiri, for disbursing the compensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) as interim compensation to the legal heirs of the deceased, in the manner known to law based on the available schemes within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the said amount shall be deposited in the Fixed deposit account of the minor child.
