ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the encroachment of the petitioner is removed and the petitioner is evicted on 12.10.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a civil suit is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending before the Civil Court. The State authorities are party in the said suit.

4. In the light of that, it is for the petitioner to seek necessary relief in the pending suit. In that event, the contentions of all the respective parties are kept open.

5. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.29702 and 29703 are closed.
