2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the litigation has been going on three decades and hence, the delay should not be viewed liberally.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for not filing the revision on time, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
