This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.559 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-1 Saidapet Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the FIR in Crime No.559 of 2017 has already been closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the same has been intimated through RCS Notice on 31.12.2017.
