These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to restore Crl.R.C.Nos.223 and 224 of 2013, which were dismissed for non prosecution by this Court on 04.10.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submitted that during the pendency of the revisions the entire cheque amount has been paid to the first respondent/complainant and the petitioner has discharged his liability. 3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to hear the parties and record the settlement.

4.Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and Crl.R.C.Nos.223 and 224 of 2013 are restored on the file of this Court. 4/6
