O R D E R

Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent herein to dispose the petitioners Patta transfer representation dated 12.05.2025 within a stipulated period.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 12.05.2025, for issuance of separate patta in his name with respect to his property situated in Survey Numbers 776/2 and 776/5, Dharmapuri District, Nallampalli Taluk, Konangihalli Village as per the Sale deed document No.516/2016. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner had 2/6

come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the 3rd respondent will pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.05.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated period.

5. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.05.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

7. With the above observations and directions, this writ petition is 3/6

disposed of. No costs.
