This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 20.07.2023 in WP.No.21392 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the amount except the provident fund has been paid to the petitioner and since, the petitioner comes under the contributory pension scheme, cheque has been made ready. When the petitioner approaches them, they will hand over the cheque payable as per the contributory pension scheme. Such statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the authorities to receive the amount as per the contributory pension scheme. Thus, this contempt petition stands closed.
